Over the years, I have tried counselling with a few psychotherapists. But with Saher, I finally found the one.

I started counselling with Saher during a very stressful time both professionally and personally. She is not in a rush to give you a solution until we get down to the problem. And that problem might not be what you think is the problem. So don't go in expecting a magic potion in a session or two.

But once we did get down to the problem, she helped me find solutions that worked for me. She really patiently dealt with all my quirks and helped me work through each of my issues and will continue to do so. And if you want to geek out on the science behind the process, she will cover you there as well.

She made me comfortable enough to not feel guilty about going back to her after multiple bouts of vanishing acts and missed appointments (This is not an encouragement for you to do it).

I highly recommend Saher, in fact, I have already recommended her to people in my circle who work with her and are happy.

I had started off as a clueless person submerged in her thoughts of misery and thankfully found and continued with this amazing lady that I came across, Ms.Saher Ali. She has always been there whenever I've needed her and still trying to guide me onto the right path. I'm sure together we'll be able to overcome any issue. Grateful and thankful for such people we have left in this world.

I went to her in 2018 when I was battling depression and Panic attacks. She helped me heal. I continued to see her till 2021. She had been my biggest support. She held space for my vulnerabilities and challenged me when needed. Saher is the best that's there in Hyderabad. Her Art Therapy exercises gave me language to express myself. I highly recommend her.

Saher Ali- she has been extremely helpful in my journey for perepectives. The patience with which she listens, her utmost care with which she deals with the details, and the way she guides along the entire process of overcoming the mental distress, of sorts is really worth a mention. Her passion for art and the way she blends art into the therapy is so very relieving and rejuvenating. Moreover, the doctor/ consultant and their personality matter a lot in the recovery process and her personality continues to be the one spreading so many positive vibes.
