I was going through a traumatic interpersonal relationship. I tried all the means to get out of it for the past 5 months. I was little sceptical to approach a psychologist due to the social stigma but I went ahead and contacted her. I will never ever forget the help she has done by being there. The first day I was literally crying out my heart while talking to Dr.Ritika. She heard through me completely and she did suggest me certain things to do. That changed everything. All she said was that I needed a proper closure from my ex. Also, she clearly understood my personality and traits. The second counselling I was little late but she was very accommodative and she had extended the time though she had some other session. She heard me out and understood what I went through and gave me that piece of advice because of which I am now finding peace with myself. I will personally recommend her to anyone with personal issues. Doc!!! You may not realise but you have really done a huge favour. You have helped a son return to his parents, a brother to his sister, a guy back to his friends and to top it.. I found myself back.

I have been to a handful of therapists before Ms Matta and none of them worked for me. I thought therapy just doesn't work for me, that was until I started to go to Ms Matta. Not only is she a wonderful therapist, she's also friendly and extremely perceptive. Her sessions are a safe, inclusive space and she has a keen understanding of intersectionality. As a bi woman in her early 20s, my experience with her has been nothing short of incredible. She has been one of the most professional, understanding, and informed therapist I have been to and I would strongly recommend her to everyone.

It was first every counseling session. And I'm glad I've chosen Ritika. She was very patient while listening to me. When I went to her I didn't even know the problems I was facing.
