I had a really good experience with her. She is extremely understanding and empathetic, which makes it very easy to open up. Being young herself, she truly understands the kind of situations and challenges we face as youngsters today and how deeply they can impact us. Sessions feel very comfortable almost like talking to a friend you can trust, rather than feeling judged or analyzed. I have been to multiple psychologists earlier, but I was never able to continue beyond the first session. This is the first time I felt comfortable enough to come back for a second session, which itself says a lot. I’m really glad I found her.
