Muscle pain

I met with an accident in 2008,suffered from ligament tear in my left knee. But never face any issue with that. I have a flat foot.
Last week after my regular exercise routine,I started experiencing pain on my foot, ankle and calf muscle(Left side).pain got worse when I almost stood for 2 hour constantly for an event. Now in night I am experiencing pain in entire  left leg. But I am not sure, whether it related flat foot or not.
Need advise.
