Around 10 years ago, I met with a road accident that resulted in a fracture of my left leg. I underwent surgery at that time, but after the surgery, my knee range of motion remained severely restricted at around 45–50 degrees.
In April 2026, I underwent a second surgery. There was a K-wire in my leg, which the doctor successfully removed during the procedure. The surgery also involved releasing the soft-tissue adhesions around my knee to improve its movement.
After the surgery, I started regular physiotherapy. When I initially visited my physiotherapist, my active knee range of motion was around 85 degrees, while the passive range was approximately 105 degrees.
After continuous physiotherapy sessions, my current knee range of motion has improved to approximately 107 degrees actively and 120 degrees passively.

The injury was mainly in my left lower back, with some discomfort in the middle of my back as well. I waited for nearly a month, hoping it would recover on its own, but it didn’t improve as much as I expected. That’s why I decided to visit a therapist.
After 7 sessions of therapy, I’m feeling much better. My lumbar muscle has recovered around 80–90%, and the discomfort in my middle back has also improved significantly. I’ve now been advised to continue with some home exercises to support a full recovery.
The doctor was very friendly, understanding, and provided treatment according to my condition. I explained everything I was experiencing, and I’m genuinely feeling far better compared to day one.
I would definitely recommend this therapist to everyone looking for professional and caring treatment.
