I started therapy for my behavioural and personality issues and it's really helping me. I can see the changes in the way I think , the perspective in which I see a given situation, how do I deal with them considering mine and the others point of view . So whatever I suggest is if u feel like u need help then never hesitate and give it a try. The rapo between you and your therapist will make things easier.
