Revive Clinics & Fertility Center, Nallagandla

Dr Ramana Rao garu is the quintessential family doctor! He listens, diagnoses, explains and then even educates using images from Google search. You hardly come across such patience in a doctor when there are other patients waiting. But good thing is relative priority is given to the more urgent or aged patients. He prescribes only minimal medicine unless there is high risk involved because of other conditions like BP or Diabetes. He anticipates and provides an urgent medicine in case fever were to aggravate in the middle of the night and when hospitalisation isn’t easy. Staff is excellent and supportive. Assistant doctors are trained to handle immediate care until Ramana garu sees. The new facility is very near Nallagandla main road and has ample parking space. General medicine and infertility are on different floors. A couple of years back, I had the fortune of receiving the right advise and treatment from Dr Srilatha Gorthi too!

The doctor couple are a blessing to the Hyderabad society! May they be blessed with great health and well-being!

Dr Srilatha Gorthi is an inspirational, attentive, energetic, ************** friendly, selfless, investigative, ethical, passionate, ********* and trustworthy doctor. Infact I should look for infinite words to describe her as the above said would not suffice.Happiness entered our lives few days back when doctor bought our little one into this world. Her style of treatment is unique. She doesn't confine to any defined protocols, instead keep on changing based on how the patient responds.She does follow NHS standards (one of the reputed health services in United Kingdom).She does spend much time with each and every patient to understand the case thoroughly and thus to treat accordingly.She does provide emotional support with her words for those in need.When it comes to clinic, staff members are really good and are friendly as wellGave my first review for clinic some time in 2013.After many years , I still echo with what was said before. Clinic is still the same wrt it's standardsClinic does maintain electronic records which is something unique and very essential for health records archivalIn summary, this clinic is one of the trustworthy place with trustworthy doctors and staff for everyone to opt for in need.

Srilatha Mam.. We can never thank you enough for guiding us throughout the delivery of our beautiful angel. We will forever remember your compassion, concern and care for both baby and me. My child is very fortunate to have been born through your hands. No words would ever be enough to express our gratitude. Thanks for making my journey to become a mommy nothing less than a dream come true. It was your confidence that I could conceive naturally and have a normal delivery post 3 miscarriages. My respect for you has been growing ever since we met. The newborn will surely hear about you when she grows up.😇

Sravani you are awesome !! I have phobia of injections and you understood that.. you always comforted me before actually giving the injection. Now I’m not scared 🤗

I would like to convey my gratitude towards her friendly treatment for treating my wife. We have attending to Dr. Srilatha from past 9 months and now my wife conceived with her treatment style. We are lucky to be treated with her and I am happy with the overall process. We also thank Dr. Sindhura for assisting us in this process.

There are also cons with this clinic the problem lies with front desk and not with the doctor. They schedule the appointments through Practo/Clinicia/Phone appointments but they don't adhere on the timings of the slot. If we even book on that slot we may end up 1:30/2 hr wait time to get to be treated by Dr. Srilatha. I would like name Swathi (assistant counsellor to Dr Srilatha) mentioned this problem to her but there is no improvement in the process. Some times Swathi/Nurse might interrupt the doctor patients didn't get time to speak with Dr Srilatha even after wait period of 2 hr of time. I think this should be improved from the front desk side. Every patient should get 10 mins slot to speak with doctor and show the reports, convey queries. Today it happened for me and it might happen for tomorrow to others.

Also a simple Notebook/queue management software solves the problem but the front desk won't hear these inputs.
