This is Gowri age of 62 , had osteoporosis and spinal deformity problems earlier of this month. It was very horrible for me to stand or sitting on earlier. After consulting Ambadas sir and suggested us to go for surgery to have permanent solution. So I went through surgery on Sept 30th and now i am very comfortable to sit or stand or free walk.
