I got the severe pain in my stomach last week. After Ultrasound and Ci ti Scan, it was confirmed that I have a Stone in my kidney and hence I consulted the Doctor. Doctor advised us the get admit in Archana hospital immediately so he can operate on next coming day. We went to casualty. Medical staff, who attend us was not professional. we registered our complain next day about the support Staff behavior.
Following day, we had the operation. Operation started at correct time and when it is ended, Doctor told us that "operation is not successful and due to some reason, he decide to abort the operation'. Reason of the failure are
Patient has the complex calayax and he passed the motion in OT. we advised us to go to some other hospital for surgery.
My first concern is 'when the anemia was given to patient then why Motion passed' why did not they confirmed before the operation that stomach is clean'
end of day , We have spend 51000 rs and problem is still persists. We are feeling like 'cheated'.
