I had developed disc bulge on lumbar spine due to which I wasn't able to sit on. Chair. I could either stand or lie down . The doctor explained the reason to be ping sitting hours and the core back muscles losing their strength to hold the bones leading to higher pressure on discs. *** ******** *** *** **** **** ******** **** ** ******** ** ****** * I liked the fact that she did not tell me that I will get better in 10 days because in reality this kind of backpain requires long excercise regimen after physiotherapy. She explained me the procedure and listened to my pain points patiently. Initially we started with easy exercises ultrasonic massage and later as my pain reduced I moved to other hard excercise. She used to capture my pain each time we continued. Her team is through with documenting the progress. My treatment went for 4 months but I got better. I would like to recommend her to anyone looking for long term solutions for their physiotherapy needs.

I went through the unimaginable pain of a late miscarriage in my ninth month, and after delivery, I completely lost confidence in myself and in my body. I had visited Dr Smaranika during severe and worse lumber nerve back pain to leg pain, it was sharp radiating pain from back to below knee after 3months of delivery . After taking treatment and exercises for 15 sessions I was recovered completely. While it was difficult to sit/walk for more than 10min earlier, now after recovery i had climbed hill for tirupati temple which takes 3hrs by walk. And there is no back pain/leg pain at all. Dr Smaranika motivates and gives confidence for postpartum recovery,advises daily strengthening workouts ,weights for women especially. Which helped to reduces muscle tightness
