This is not the first time I have similar experience more than 5 times visited as OPD, Hospital is crowded with people from surrounding localities. Staff think the waiting patients came here for wasting their time. Not proper maintainence of the queue. Doctor think he knew everything before patient explain his problem. He might be expert in his area but should understand what the other is saying.

I visited this hospital many times for my kid. And every time I get dissappointed. The entire staff is arrogant and responds so rudely. It literally takes 2 hours time to get to your turn even for a review check up as well. And staff thinks its our problem, so have to wait with no option. And they think only doctor's and their time is important and our time doesn't matter to them. Very poor process management, as we see crowd all the time, very poor in managing appointments. The irony is that, there is no other paediatric clinic near our area.
