Couple of weeks back I have decided to meet a good doctor for a complete body checkup, with a few blood test results in hand. I was looking for a good nephrologist who can advise me on my ongoing medication and suggesting changes, if necessary. Google has helped me finding Dr. Satya Narayana after short listing from a big list of doctors in this regard.
My first visit itself changed my general notion about the doctors around. Unlike others in his field, he shows clear patience to hear his patients. He has gone through all the details carefully, suggested a few more checkups and advised what initial changes to be done to my routine medication. When I visited second time, with the recommended test results, he made it very clear about the reason behind my body pain and advised proper updates to medication. Now I am perfectly fine, I believe.
I am totally satisfied with the service provided.

3. No longer waiting period, normally most hospitals will challenge your ‘tolerance level’ for this, here my waiting period was hardly 5 minutes…

7th December 20017... I was in Hyderabad...All of a sudden my body started itching... as if millions of ants were crawling all over me...This was a first in my life…My eyes caught "PACE" hospital and I went in...
No documents demanded or bureaucratic forms to be filled..instant treatment began
this moment my BP was 40/20, my PULSE was 30, NO oxygen in the brain
I didn't know this ... I felt this is it ...the end of my life
When I uttered these words

"I am leaving this life"

Dr Satyanarayan's patience and sincerity in explaining the medical issue was extremely satisfying. He was not impersonal or evasive; in fact ,he went out of his way to even counsel the patient's caregiver which was very consoling. The detailed explanation of the ailment was easy to understand and grasp.

I feel that Doctor spent enough time to analyze the problem, suggested necessary tests, provided valuable solution for the problem and suggested alternative ways if problem didn't get fixed...!
Overall, he was very friendly and knows how to communicate and treat patients.
