Dr. Rishi Swarup

I was pretty scared to get my Lasik done and have been avoiding it for yearsss. But then finally got convinced by Dr. Rishi. The best part is when I hit the surgery bed Dr. Rishi was continuously talking to me during to procedure and distracting me from what's being done. Adding to that there was an assistant with Doctor who was doing a countdown which was very relieving. Surgery was done in minutes and with no pain. I'm still in healing process while I'm writing this review. And I keep texting doc for asking any minor doubts I have and he replies to me with so much patience! M so happy I'm off my glasses now and no more contacts! Wohoo! Kudos to Dr.Rishi !!

It's almost more than six months that I have been examining by Dr. Rishi Swarup for Dry Eye Syndrome. At last root caused my problem which is because of a parasite DEMODEX. I am very happy now to know the reason behind my problem. Going to start treatment in-office and at home parallel with Tea Tree Oil. Will update after 1 month how I will be feeling.

Again thanks a ton to God first to make me happen to meet to Dr. Rishi Swarup and then to Dr. Rishi Swarup for constantly counselling me and finding root cause to my problem finally.

Everything about the hospital is good. All the three doctors who did my eye check up are very good humble soft spoken pleasing. Dr Rishi. Dr. Ritu and Dr. Iram. Long waiting tests your patience. A small canteen with only tea and biscuits would be better.

The way Dr. Rishi explained about the problem and its corrective measures that need to be taken. During surgery also he made so comfortable that I have not felt when he completed the surgery.

Post operation I was tensed but when the covering was removed from the eyes, I started seeing much better than I expected.

I would also like to inform you that I have spoken very high about your hospital among my friends and relatives who came to see operation.

The hospital staff and environment was very good. I am very satisfied with the visit and would definitely recommend to others. All the tests are done under one roof with specialized and educated staff. Should improve the waiting time to avoid inconvenience to old age patients.

I like the appointment system. However, this can be improved give toll free line for feedback and inquiries from foreign countries.

Keep water dispensar for patients.

A very friendly doctor who takes his time to advise the patient on the problem and solution. He listens to any issues or doubts that the patient and might have and makes sure the patient is quite comfortable and is free of any anxieties. I would highly recommend Dr. Swarup any given day. Cheers!

Dr. Performs surgery very smooth. I did not feel any discomfort during surgery. After surgery my eye recovery was very fast.

Our appointment was at 10am and we were at 9:50am but dr was late and came 2hrs late which was not good
