Dr. Jyotsna

The ambience is very good and the way we are received at the reception is awesome. Doctor is very cool,calm and hear all our concerns and diseases before decides on the prescription. The prescription is also give very few medicine and try to eliminate our problems.

Though there were lot of people, receptionist gave preference to us for booking appointment through practo. Doctor Jyotsna was very patient in listening to us and also her approach was good. Very friendly and didn't try to send us off soon. Will write another feedback soon

Extremely disappointed with the behavior of a doctor with such superlative stature. Firstly she arrived thirty minutes late to my appointment. This was my third visit to her, without any improvement on my acne. When I tried to tell her the same, rather than listening to my problem she was concerned about the payment. I would have paid double the amount if asked decently, but she was highly unprofessional and indecent to convey the same. Also I don't expect immediate effect but I definitely expect a decent explanation as to how to go about the process. Its highly disheartening to have relied on her.

No value n respect to patients. She is highly forgetful doctor n doesn't even remember to call u even after 10 days of receiving the payment n repeated reminders. She doesn't maintain a record of our previous prescriptions n conversations. I have had 6 consultatations with her which includes both for myself n my mother. She every time listens to our problems as if it is the first meeting. She is least bothered to respond to our calls n msgs even in the times of serious issues. Pharmacy people r not responsible enough to give the correct medicines with dosage/ concentration mentioned in d prescription. Recently she blocked my number as I hv asked her to refund my 500 rs. I strongly suggest that don't ever think of visiting this doctor as she is too busy to give proper time to listen to patients as she ends the call even before u r done with all ur explanations/concerns for what u hv taken appointment.

Wait time is horrible.

There is no concept of appointment.

The receptionist who attend the call, give a time appointment. But it doesn't mean anything. You still have to wait for hours after your scheduled appointment.

Highy disorganized.

Dr calls the patients out of order, so the people waiting for consultation are kept waiting.

500 consultation fees is not enough, one has to wait for atleast 2 hrs for their turn.

Dr's reputation is good. She is very competent, would recommend her but the overall experience is very horrible.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. A doctor who doesn't know how to maintain time and keeps patients waiting ** *** * **** **** Even after informing its an emergency she and her staff don't seem to get. I have waited for her for 2 days and when ever I call she is still on her way to the hospital. I do not think any doctor would make her patients wait so long.

Explanation of the treatment was good.she was patient to listen our problems.it was great experience.

Yes she is very good at treating patients...she does everything in a systematic order...and felt very good..

I was suffering with pimples and black spotes problem since 2 years......at that time I met her Igot a confidence of my problem recovery short Tim period...
