Once you start yoga you will never stop even though sometimes there are hard moves .sir will let your body adopt to posture slowly .you will learn how to maintain yourself and for diet and other problems also this is the best place I recommend from my knowledge .i just love the way that dr.challa Satish kumar Reddy sir teaches .thank you .
