We visited Vicinity clinic for my father, he is suffering from night sweats and high fever and painful swelling underneath left jaw where lymph nodes exists.

Dr. Ramakrishna Prasad(surgical oncology) observed my father and found that lymph nodes swelling. Later upon checking reports he confirmed the hat it is Lymphoma cancer.

He spoke to my father and us separately. He explained us clearly about the illness and medication(chemotherapy) and clarified our doubts.

He also explained cost of chemotherapy, duration of the treatment and chances of recovery with patiently.

He made helpful suggestions about cost of the treatment and food diet.

Now may father’s treatment has been going on and recovering well.

I really thank Ramakrishna doctor for his care, kindness and friendliness, treating us like family members.

He is available all the time and responded timely.

It gives me an immense pressure to write about Dr.Vikram. The most impressable thing with Dr.Vikram is his friendliness and approachability. The analysis towards the problem is fantastic. He can root cause the problem in his first glance itself. He helped my mom from the depression, weakness and my wife from bronchitis and other problems. I can say, almost visited him more than 15 times in the span of 3-4 years. For any General health issues, he is our Primary contact.

Dr. Siva is an exceptional doctor who understands his patients brilliantly. Over the last 10 years, I have never had a pleasant experience with psychiatrists until I met Dr. Siva who is incredibly special and caring towards his patients. He never hastes through the appointment unlike most psychiatrists and with this experience, I can say, he has changed my outlook on how I perceived psychiatrists for the longest time.

He will always ensure that patients are comfortable with the medications and it’s dosage and is always available for any clarifications on call. Miraculously enough, his treatment is gentle and is well suited to me, after struggling for a decade to find the right antidepressant and psychiatrist! I highly recommend and applaud Dr. Siva *** *** ******** ********* *** ********** for his humble demeanour and patience with me.

Met the Dr for my son Rithvik's fever which was not coming down. After listening patiently and thorough examination, he guessed this to be a dengue case. There after met him every alternative day for follow ups and things spanned out as he predicted. Fever came down on 5th days and platelates started going down. But sir told us not to worry and kept assuring us that hospitalization was not needed. Finally on day 8th, the platelate count was above 2 lacs. More than medicine, doctor's encouraging and comforting words made a lot of difference and that is why I rate him very high. I am so pleased that I finally found a good physician. He is very simple and down to earth and very empathetic to the patient which is quality of a good doctor. I thank Vikrma sir and the staff of Vicinity clinic. It’s really nice to meet Dr.a Vikram Cheryala, he is such a good time taking and explains the issue very narratively. But the issue is with wait time I had an appointment but have waited for 1 hr. There is no preference for those who go with appointment.

I was tested positive for covid and was in home quarantine, it was very easy to reach him and first video consultation he made me understand what all I have to do and eat, he explained me about covid and to told me not to panic, he is available always online, he answered my queries very patiently,I'm so thankful to him that I have recovered.. one of the best doctors I have ever met..

Sir has been so kind in explaining health condition, listened with utmost patience and asked for needed tests only. He is very diligent and active in understanding patient condition and with diagnosis. He looks at preventive measure and gets the needed medication only. I would refer to all my well wishers who needs medical attention or for preventive care.

Dr. Vikram was referred by a friend of mine and our entire family was looked after by him. Very assuring during discussing the symptoms especially when senior citizens are involved, also available anytime in case of any queries, insist on video interactions to check the patients comfortness are few traits which helped get over the initial fear.
