I am writing this after completing 20 days of treatment at the clinic and 45 days of prescribed exercises at home. Today I came out from my final appointment with a happy face. I was suffering with back pain due to disk bulge and in a state of constant pain from my lower back to the calf and numbness from Dec 2019. Doctors asked me to go for immediate surgery, few suggested exercises which dint help. I also went to ayurvedic treatment which dint help either. One of my friend suggested me to see Mr Naveen Babu and as a last resort I went to physiomend hoping to find a solution once and for all.

With some of my basic movements which he asked me to do, Sir immediately identified that I have a diffuse disk bulge at L4-L5 which was what exactly is written on my MRI report. Then I was prescribed 20 days of treatment which also includes hand manipulation and dry needling therapy. Initially I was impatient because of no change in the pain but I went to the therapy on time every day, followed suggested exercise routine. Now I am happy that 95% of my pain is gone and with maintaining posture, regular exercises I was assured that I would never get this issue again.

After months of searching for all sorts of treatment I finally found this place .. trust me guys I'm a doctor myself and I can tell they know what they're doing here .. holistically approaching the issue by not just physio but rehab and strengthening too I feel better now compared to the day I came for appointment.. They really help you educate yourself about your issue and treating the route cause.. if any need of posture correction and maintaining it, they will help you and clear all your doubts. Madhuri mam does needling very well with utmost patience even if I asked to do it on all my muscles around the neck 😅 and the whole staff takes good care too. Special mention to Shabaz and Sachin they teach you to do the exercises properly. I still have a long way to go by continuing the same exercises which I have to continue at home. Finally last but not the least thanks to Naveen sir. I feel much more confident and can stand tall and feel I will be free from my chronic neck pain soon enough. After consulting a few doctors and a few other physiotherapists wanted to give a try at Physiomend. This changed everything. First time I met Doctor Naveen he promised to get rid of my back pain. He is a very positive person and that definitely helps someone like me who has been suffering from low back pain for the past four months.

I am now into my 18th session and I am feeling much much better. I was assigned Doctor Kavitha for my regular treatments. And she is amazing. Always encouraging and explaining the cause of pain and the remedy needed in the long run. What muscles are weak and what type of exercises are needed to improve my overall strength and fitness.

Special thanks to Doctor Madhuri who is also quick to grasp the exact cause of pain and provide correct treatment. Doctor Madhuri also treated me for couple of sessions and helped to get rid of my Shin muscle pain.

Actually after consultation dr naveen babu did some therapy with massage gun and he asked me to visit him nearly about 5-8 sessions and that first session was so unbearable that the next day when I woke up I cannot even lift my leg up. I called up his secretary and asked her to cancel my appointment for the next day. She cancelled it but it’s been two days I did not got my refund. I tried calling them for 5 times a day but no one’s answering the call. Just to be honest it was truly bad experience appointing dr naveen babu. ** **** *** *** ** **** ***** **********

I was suffering from back pain after working for long hours in incorrect posture and the condition gradually worsened. I visited the doctor after a relative recommended him to me. I was in a lot of pain by then and couldn't bend forward even just a little or even walk. But right after visiting him, and he accurately assess the location of the pain and did therapy to release my stiffness from my back due to which I was suffering so much. And I was able to see the difference right there. I am still undergoing treatment, and I can see significant progress after each sitting. I had knee injury and had been suffering with pain since more than 6 months. After trying with several orthopaedic doctors and physiotherapists, I visited Dr. Naveen Babu. It is almost 2-months, since I am taking treatment from him and I am feeling much better. Initial few days, he did specialized physiotherapy sessions and after that moved to rehab sessions. He has an international class of physiotherapy services. His staff is fully trained and fully committed to the patients. Rehab sessions (exercise program) are modified as per the patient's recovery.

I would like to mention especially about Arun, who works in Dr. Naveen's team and has been treating me really well. Under him, I have recovered to really a good extent. I am hoping that in next few weeks, I will recover fully. I will post further feedback after my full recovery.

I would definitely recommend Physiomend (Dr Naveen Babu and his team) for their expertise and treatment procedures they follow based on patient condition and their rehab centre & training is really mentionable. Let me get to the pros of visiting Dr Naveen, he's indeed knowledgeable. ****** *** ** *** * *** *** *** ** **** ** ******** Has little to no proper way of even meeting the patient and talking to them or understanding where they're coming from. He did diagnose my issue and told me the things that I already know. But how to fix it? This was given to me in a very broad manner. Stretch this, strengthen that. Didn't show me a single thing on how to go about it. He's least bothered, couldn't even bother to get up from his chair and check things out for himself. The consultation fee which is exorbitantly 2000 rs doesn't justify the diagnosis you're getting* *** ****** **** ** **** **** ***** **** ****** ******

I said , through practo app. Then he has asked me to show the app in my phone and cancelled my appoint ment in practo app in my phone.i was shocked.
