I had to book an online consultation through Practo because of my inability to contact the regular pediatrician. Dr Lakshmi was not only unfriendly but quite overbearing when he was asked questions. 'You are questioning a pediatrician' is what he said twice upon being asked if the medications might have a side effect. He didn't ask any questions related to teeting or didn't even ask if my baby had teeth but his finding was 'teething syndrome' and he attributed the loose motions to it. My intention is not to question his knowledge because I wouldn't have consulted him if I were eager to use my own judgement about the medicines. However, as a mother of an infant I was right in asking my doubts. He refused to give any explanation whatsoever and was in a rush to cut the video call. For every doubt, he said he would write the prescription. I think I would now think twice before opting online consultation via Practo.

we urgently needed help almost at midnight coz our son had ear pain and was not able to sleep. Dr. Munirathi was kind enough to attend to our call at that time of night and prescribe medication to ease our son's pain. we immediately got the medication and our son slept peacefully through the night. A very Big thank you to Dr Munirathi for his availability and helping us.

1. Spoke with me for less than a couple of minutes2. First advised that antibiotics won't help. Then prescribed a medication that was itself an antibiotic without informing that it was an antibiotic.3. Abruptly ended the call in a couple of minutes saying that other patients are waiting.4. I am a consultant myself who provides advise on law but I deal with my clients more patiently, and with empathy.5. He advised to avoid ORS, but I had to ask how to hydrate otherwise.

Have consulted him when my son was having 104 temp..Sorry to say but the dr was too rude and was very impatient listening to the problem that my son had and also i had to tell him twice or thrice about my son's age and after that also in the prescription he wrote wrong age *** **** *** ********* ********** *** ***** ** he didnt cared about even the child's age.Also he was lying down in his bed while having video call conversation that was so unprofessional.He was really sounding disinterested.First time i had so bad experience with practo.
