I have booked an appointment thrw practo, I was chosen 7pm slot, I reached on time and they asked me to wait for some time. After 5 min doctor called me and asked my problem and how long facing this back pain issue. I explained in detail. He checked and clearly explained about the issue. I understood well his point and finally I agreed to take up 15 days course which will help me to cure permanently..
Initial days i suffered like anything, cant sit for 10 minutes, after visiting Dr.ShivaKumar, Day by day i was feel the improvement. So after one week i was felt like normal. Then doctor gave me some exercise tips to make the muscle stronger. I followed his suggestion and did the workout. Now i am completely alright.

Very poor hygiene- no masks are used, no gloves used. ******* ****** ** ****** ***** *** *****. The staff was burping, talking loudly and touching me without any sanitizers. I was made to sit in a room half naked, with no privacy and other staff just walking in and out **** * **** ******.
Stopped going for physio sessions after 3/10 sessions. The staff is quite casual about everything.
They didn’t even care enough to call me to check why I stopped coming.
