Firstly, the doctor needs to understand that the patient comes for his consult. However, a team of assistants deal with the patient while the doctor spends a quick 2 minutes towards the end.
They need to deal with a positive approach especially when the patient is a child. You cannot afford to demotivated and be insensitive towards a child's medical condition.
Overall a very disappointing experience as a parent and I would warn others who seek help for children.

He was pleasant to talk to and was very patient at understanding the queries we had. I liked the way he used humour to put the visitor at ease while explaining to them. The best part was the ability to email him after a visit with the results and get a response (I actually got a response past 10 in the evening for an email I sent him).

Had a good experience with Dr. Santosh. I like doctors who are articulate and can explain the condition to the patient. (Most often knowing what I am suffering from makes me feel a lot better). He was pretty good in that sense. Also, he was open to provide lab test interpretation (and follow up questions) on email, which was a big convenience.

I heard that doctor's father had passed away in July last week. Yet he came on August first week. He requested me to see his colleague Dr Shrikant because my child required more time to be seen. After the reports were out both the doctors analysed the tests and diagnosed CDGP. They avoided unnecessary treatment and scans for my child as suggested by another doctor. They reassured us and made us meet the dietician. A very good soul. God bless his family
