Gastro 360, Kondapur

We visited Dr Suraj at Kondapur on 20th Dec 2022 and we were fully satisfied with the suggestions and endoscopy procedure and finally we were happy that the root cause of my problem has been identified as a bacterial infection.

However, after starting the medication, I had fever and body aches in the night and revisited the doctor on 23rd Dec. Our only question was if there are any side effects due to which it led to fever and aches. We were completely fine even if it is, as some medication do have some side effects and it’s acceptable.

I asked doctor can I use Dolo for fever with these gastric medication. For some reason he became rude and started to say “you question is absolutely wrong, don’t you know paracetamol has no effect if you are on antibiotics“ and one place I just lost it is when he started addressing me as “Nuvvu” (in singular)

Dr Suraj,

1) Patients come to you to get their doubts clarified, you prescribed the gastric medicines so you can only tell me if I can use Dolo for fever or will it cause any reaction or not. ** * ***** **** ***** ********** ** **** ***** ************ *** ***** * **** **** ** ******

My question is are there any side effects. Your answer should be either a yes or no or not to worry. In turn You questioned me that saying “Dont you know nothing will happen, have you not taken antibiotics ever”. NOT Acceptable AT ALL. There is always a polite way to tell that.

2) Patients will come to you with suffering and the minimum expectation from you is to listen, motivate and sooth them. Most importantly respect them. *** *** *** ******* * ******* **** **** **** ******** I paid hefty consultation for your service so you have no right to be rude on me.

3) I only visited seeing all the positive reviews. *** ** *** *** *** ** *** ***** ***** ** **** ** **** ******* *** **** ****** *** ******* ** **** ********

I am sorry but I am thoroughly disappointed with our second meeting. I expect some empathy from a doctor which completely missed. I never has such experience with any other doctor.

For us experience was very bad. Currently we are in very crucial condition *** * *** *** *** ** ******** **** ** **********

Month of June 2020 we went to Dr Suraj. As my husband was having indigestion issue and stomach pain. By seeing my husband doctor simply said post COVID symptoms and gave few medication.

Then after completion of doses again we went to him to ask still same issue persists and lower back pain also started. He suggested for endoscopy and for back pain he redirected us to orthopedic.As per endoscopy he found h pylori and gave 15 days of course.

Meanwhile we went to orthopedic and get MRA done . We were running to the doctor saying still we have the same issue and doctor was like” you’re doctor or me,nothing is there”

We insisted for CT scan on Month of August,2020 and result came out with Pancreatic stage iv cancer.

As a layman we tried our best to convey about my husband’s symptoms and no one will expect something bad like this at the age of 32.so usually we follow doctors word.

I have met Dr Suraj and he has given the best treatment possible....Iam suffering from Crohns disease..and was diagnosed by Dr Suraj at..Gastro 360 Kondapur...First I showed at local clinics..which was diagnosed as IBS.. for which I was treated for years..but I was losing weight and not improving..I was asked to stop milk and wheat by many gastroenterologists..some said it is because of my anxiety..which I do not have..I actually felt depressed I was not getting treated..I visited AIG..also..they did endoscopy and colonoscopy and said it was fine..and was started again on IBS treatment..I googled and booked practo appointment and consulted Dr Suraj Uppalapati..who did few blood tests and stool tests..he said tests were abnormal..He asked me to CT enterography which showed disease in my small intestine which was very long..he said it requires..deeper colonoscopy and repeated deeper colonoscopy and took biopsy from intestinal ulcers..which came as Crohns..I was started on Iv injection treatment by Dr Suraj..All this happened 2 months back where he gave total 8 injections after which I am feeling lot better and my weight increased..I feel bad that many doctors did not try to investigate further when I never stopped them...or they might have missed some cancer...anyway..iam happy now..Thanks to Dr Suraj

Actually his manager was also very good in communicating as doctor was busy.. he used to schedule my appointment and call back for my response to treatment..

I was suffering from Gastric Reflux Problem since last few weeks, due to my busy work schedule post lock down I was unable to visit a Doctor, and things got much worse in the last few days, my food intake was completely down and I hardly could sleep during the nights post dinner because of Reflux, I literally had nightmares, so it was then I seriously thought of seeing a doctor and after discussing with one of my friend about my health issue I have approached Dr Suraj through her reference.As and when I consulted him he started off with a good counseling session to make me understand the roots of the problem and how it can be easily dealt with limited medication and some lifestyle changes. This itself have releived a lot of stress from my mind and after doing few routine checkups like endoscopy he have cleared the air that there is nothing wrong with my esophagus and found out that it was due to my previous hormonal medicine intake & professional stress I got to this condition and if dealt properly I can be back to normal in no time. Just within a week or so I started seeing the change and I am pretty much back to normal now, able to have my food without any fear.Thank you Dr Suraj for the amazing support..Overall experience at the clinic is quite pleasing be it the Hygienicity at the premises or the prompt response from manager Mr Jagan is good and I would definitely refer the clinic to all my friends and family members, if they come across any Gastric related problems.
