I felt 100% satisfied with the treatment received for toothache and then extraction. Dr. Rupali was very patient and helpful. She ensured that I was recovering well and that I don't have any issues after the tooth extraction.

Doctor Rupali explained the whole procedure in detail and shared the reports online, guided us throughout the process very patiently.

She asked me to get full mouth cleaning & scaling, when i visited her to get my crown fixed back on my implant. It had come off the implant after almost 3 years and there was no damage just loss of adhesive. There was no need for a full mouth cleaning & scaling as my crown is just for a single teeth and its just required to clean around that teeth only, as part of fitting it. I refused as i have had cleaning & scaling treatment a couple of times and the experience isn't good as the teeth get sensitive. She insisted very sternly over that, she refused any responsibility for the crown fixing on the grounds that it will come off in future because of me refusing scaling treatment. I should have actually walked out that very moment but i was stupid enough to stay as she fixed my crown with adhesive. For whatever reason, she didn't fit it properly and i could feel it a little gap in the fitting. With a couple of days short of a month, it has come off again and the 700 bucks i paid just for sticking it back has gone in waste.

TOO EXPENSIVE AND PUSHY FOR UNNECESSARY TREATMENT

I visited Dr. Rupali for a general check up for my father-in-law. It turned out to be my father-in-law started having pain in one of his teeth, molar. Thanks to doctor for educating me on this :)

Dr. Rupali not only investigated the cause of the pain but also helped in understanding the reasons leading to the issue. My father-in-law teeth was totally damaged because of his age old grinding habit. Finally teeth had to be extracted. The complete process was very smooth.

No pain after numbness died off. Post follow-up was also very easy to co-ordinate as Dr. Rupali was very easily accessible.

Overall a great experience.

Have visited this clinic for my aunt's root canal treatment. Overall experience was fab and my aunt loved it. This is the third time she is undergoing this treatment and every time post treatment, she use to have lot of pain for couple of days. Suggested by one of my friend, this time we have tried at Floss and Gloss Advanced Dental Experts and the results were great. This time my aunt dint even say. I would strongly recommend this to all. I recently took my grandma for a tooth extraction to Dr. Rupali Das. The overall experience was wonderful. She gave enough time during all the visits and explained everything to my grandma about the tooth extraction and the things to be take care of. Dr Rupali took care of the minutest things while carrying out the tooth extraction and the pain was also very less in comparison to the other tooth extractions in the past. It has been almost 10 days now since the tooth extraction and my grandma is happy with the overall experience.

I would like to share my father's tooth extraction experience which he underwent couple of days before at Dr Rupali's clinic. According to my father he had undergone couple of times tooth extraction at different places but every time he faced some issues or other..like excessive bleeding..severe pain and pain during tooth extraction also. But when he went for tooth extraction through Dr Rupali, he didn't feel any such past bad experience and in fact it was very smooth and he didn't realize any pain during extraction.

Dr was very caring during the process taking continous feedback of any pain etc. She also called post extraction to know if any pain or bleeding. We have not received any such wonderful response in past.

The entire process was very relaxing and good.
