CT scans MRI scan Audiogram are relevant investigation in analysis of ear nose throat diseases these tests are meant to help patient get cured of severe disease. Well I am sorry if you cannot value my sincerity and goodness I request you please do not disturb me. I request only genuine patient to come to my ENT clinic I clearly mentioned my Fees Rs 1500/- on online listing of my ENT clinic. And you did not come to me through Practo website it is obvious you are trying to defame my ENT clinic by online bullying

First of all you need to understand and appreciate the fact that I am a Senior ENT surgeon with international work experience in ENT surgery in several overseas countries and I charge Rs 1000/- as my ENT specialist consultation fees because I am working as a Senior ENT surgeon , my academic qualifications are MS(ENT), DLO, MBBS clearly you can see my career achievements in my profile in Practo website and you chose to come to my location for your kids ear infection and you yourself said that your kid is suffering suddenly severe ear pain and it is very urgent to meet ENT specialist as soon as possible and i have been very kind to sacrifice my afternoon sleep to help your kid with an urgent ENT consultation i told you at the very beginning my fees is RS 1000/- it is your choice if you do not want to pay me fees , you need not have come to my ENT clinic you are free to go wherever you wish to , so , why did you come to me ? you came to me because I am a Senior ENT surgeon with international work experience totally 28 years work experience in ENT surgery across the globe . My ENT specialist consultation fees Rs 1000/- for my consultation services is clearly mentioned in Practo website in my profile . Knowing my consultation fees you CHOOSE to come to my ENT Clinic in Devi Apartments AS Rao Nagar I clearly told you at the beginning of my interaction with you my fees Rs 1000/- I collect my fees at beginning of the service because I have to ensure patient pays my fees because many patients try to cheat doctor especially in solo private clinic as it is not a corporate Hospital where unless you pay fees the doctor won't see you. So you know my fees is Rs 1000/- I told you at the beginning my fees is Rs 1000/- you came to me in afternoon hours when none of the ENT Clinic work in afternoon hours. I diagnosed your kid with utmost accuracy . I asked you to get a lab test and CT scan because ear infection in children can be very difficult to deal and cause irreversible deafness ear infection is linked to nose sinus and adenoids and smallest bones in the human body are located in the ear and get destroyed due to ear infection A CT scan of ear and PNS helps to know the exact severity of the ear infection and the nose adenoids and sinus infection which cause ear infection to help the Patient get faster recovery and to resolve the invisible problem which is identified by CT scan and lab tests to identify allergy and infection. Ear infection can spread to brain and cause death due to meningitis if not adequately treated ..ear infection is not easy to treat I done my best to help you I sacrificed my afternoon nap to open my apartment door to help me. It is very negative attitude of you to attack me with a fake review against me in online portal. You had option to go to any other doctor to suit your budget but you came to my ENT Clinic in Devi Apartments AS Rao Nagar because you read my Practo profile knowing I am a Senior ENT Surgeon and near to your house so you came to me and you misbehaved with me you were ordering me to see your kid and fighting with me to pay fees so i told you in my clinic i collect my fees first only then will i see the patient and i have given you my receipt of the fees Rs 1000/- paid to me on my ENT clinic letterhead and you have collected my receipt as well in my ENT clinic at Devi apartments , and you are misbehaving with me by writing fake review against me in Practo.. This is unethical wicked behavior towards me I did my best to help you and you are a ungrateful unfair person . You do not know what is the value of my excellent treatment . you do not know ear infection can lead to irreversible deafness and cause infection to brain in young children and your kid had a severe ear infection and nose sinus infection adenoids and allergy these need lab tests to identify these problem .. doctor is not astrologer how can I know what is the severity of the ear infection with severe ear infection CT scan is mandatory read Google about complication of ear infection in children before you make unfair accusation against me..and lastly you know my fees before you decided to come to my ENT Clinic so why did you come to my ENT Clinic in the first place when you do not like to pay me my fees why should I work without being paid every patient I insist fees to be paid first I record patient's name and phone number I ask you if you are agreeing to pay me my fees so you agreed to pay me my fees so why are you unfairly unnecessarily complaining now ? Please explain your negative mindset and your unreasonable bargaining attitude against paying my fees which is clearly mentioned in my online Profile in PRACTO. i do not accept bargaining attitude from patients. Doctor patient relationship is based on TRUST if you do not trust my clinical judgement and you question my judgement why i advised CT scan and lab test and you are fighting with me to pay my fees and unfairly accusing me in online portal to defame my reputation are you fair are you honest in your behavior towards me i tried to help you solve your kids severe ear infection , yes i charge my fees upfront it is my clinic policy fees i collect first because many patients in Hyderabad cheat doctor in solo clinic and take advantage of my goodness . so what is wrong if i collect my ENT specialist Consultation fees ? also it is an emergency urgent ENT specialist consultation , so your feedback is fake, utter lies you written lies full of lies do not tell lies and do not defame doctor who is trying to help you get well in online practo portal
