He was also punctual for the appointment. Highly recommend him for anyone seeking thoughtful and patient-centred care.

That said, the clinic staff could be more organised. There were some minor issues with blood collection and communication, including a missed call to inform us about the doctor not being able to make it due to an emergency. I had traveled an hour and half for the appointment the next day.

Overall, the doctor’s care and approach stood out positively.
