I had to undergo k-wire surgery in February 2022 on my left hand near wrist and this was the first time in my entire life where I had undergone a surgery. I approached Mr. Naveen Reddy , Ortho and he made me so comfortable and told me before the surgery that it’s just a small procedure and need not worry.

My treatment experience with Dr. Naveen Reddy Sir, was as good as it gets in case of a semi-emergency situation of a physical injury.
The Initial Contact: He made himself available on the phone, clearly explained the timings and locations he will be conducting consultation.
The Consultation: He checked for possible physical symptoms related to my issue, examined thoroughly not missing anything that maybe sometimes easy to skip. Instead he took his time, listened to every detail I had to say, responded as a kind human, prescribed treatment as a professional Doctor.
The Follow-up: He made sure that I follow-up with him on phone the next day to check severity of my issue. After I reported good progress he asked to me continue the medicine and again check with him on phone a week later.
