Krishna Netralaya Eye Centre, Gurgaon Sector 48

Exceptional Care and Empathy at Krishna Netralaya

We recently had the privilege of receiving treatment at Krishna Netralya , and I must say, consultancy from Dr Aditi was a truly exceptional experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and empathy by the staff. They not only demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise but also took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout.

What sets Dr Aditi and the staff apart is their commitment to patient care above all else. There's no monetary mindset here; instead, they prioritize ethics and patient well-being, making you feel valued and respected as an individual, not just another patient.

The staff is super helpful and go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Whether it was scheduling appointments or providing post-procedure care instructions, they were always there with a smile and a willingness to help.

I cannot recommend Krishna Netralaya highly enough for anyone in need of eye care services. Thank you for your exceptional care and dedication to your patients' well-being.

I feel fully satisfied with my choice of Dr. Aditi for Cataract surgery on both the eyes. Her ********* *** skill is obvious but what makes being her patient extra special is her personal involvement with each case, very pleasant disposition, answering all the queries with a smile. She is never in a hurry to send you out and call for the next patient. She double checks all the findings to make sure you get the right and best treatment.

Her hospital is spacious, clean and well furnished. The entire staff is courteous, responsive and cooperative to ensure your experience is a pleasant one every time you visit.

Thanks Dr. Aditi for being what you are. My best wishes to you for more and more success in life.

*** ***** ******* ** * ***** ****** *** we highly recommend her. She is SIMPLY AMAZING.

My mom had no vision in of the eyes and she helped treat her and get her vision back. Someone, who could see the world with a fresh look once again. This means a lot to us and we are thankful for her time and dedication. She listens to each of the points and has a way of handling all ages. A combination of patience and time that very few doctors exhibit.

The staff is friendly, knows the process and has the same vision towards life as Dr. Aditi Agarwal.

Dr. Aditi makes her patients comfortable even before treatment begins. Real gem!! She and the whole staff are polite and respond well to the patient. She is very experienced *** ******* ** *** ****** I have got my Lasik and Lateral Rectus (Squint) surgeries done here.I strongly recommend Krishna Netralaya, for someone who is looking for an eye specialist / surgeon in Gurgaon. Also during these Covid times, the clinic is maintaining hygiene and safety of patients & staff very well. So don't worry about that at all.

The visit was to get a second opinion on my Glucoma evaluation & treatment .I had already visited Dr Rajinder Prasad Opthalmic Centre ( AIIMS) and they had diagnosed that there was Glucoma in both eyes and recommended medication. Dr Aditi Agarwal ( Krishna Netralya) was very friendly & courteous she recommend some major test to pin point the extend of effect to both the eyes to give correct advice & medication.

All the recommended test were conducted by her professionally assistants and all were very courteous & polite in their instructions & behaviour ,God bless them all.The end result was conveyed to me & my wife in simple language .I compliment & wish them all sucess in their work.

I visited here for guidance on Lasik procedure and right from the frontdesk to optometrist and the doctor; everything was so systematic and clear. The team carried out one test after another very efficiently informing about each test and the necessity of it. All the process was very smoothly carried out.Upon meeting Doctor Apoorva, each and every doubt of mine regarding the refractive surgery got cleared. The best part is they won't force you for any unnecessary tests or investigations.Ambience is great, you will have a very warm and welcoming feeling, it doesn't give the old hospital type vibes. All the basic facilities like clean washrooms, drinking water are there. Never knew a hospital experience can be like that.Good job guys.

A professionally sound and affable doctor. *** ** ****** ******** confident, sound in knowledge, approachable, does not hesitate in giving right advice or consult where additional speciality or opinion of colleague or senior is felt necessary. A doctor who can always be trusted and banked upon.

Dr. Apoorva Singh is kind, patient, and extremely thorough. She was so methodical in her approach that she quickly realized I had been over-corrected, something others had missed. She explained everything clearly, listened attentively, and made me feel completely at ease. I have full trust in her skills and judgment, and I’m grateful to be under her care

Doctor Aditi was extremely professional and conducted the surgery with utmost care. She was very polite and heard all concerns with patience. She gave detailed explanations for all my queries and gave suggestions which ensured that the entire experience was worth the money and there was so superficial treatment in the wake of extra charges. Highly recommended.

We were hold our turn is next, but she took in 2 more patients who entered after us and made us shift from one waiting area to another. Then again they made us wait in the doctors chambers for 20 minutes as she was seeing this high value old client who was supposedly consulting for surgery.

When she finally came she was in such a hurry to wrap it up and 2 assistants were standing right on the door.
