Dr. Geetanjali Khullar

I had visited the hospital as I had food poisoning so I met the doctor. Doctor was fine. I am satisfied with the treatment given. Blood test was done. I can recommend doctor to my family or friends. She told to continue tablets prescribed by another doctor. There was no waiting time when I went. I am good now.

Dr.Khullar has been attending to me from December 2011 and she has been extremely attentive,friendly and her follow ups have been very regular and timely . I have developed.a wonderful ,personal relationship with her .She is a real asset to your health clinic

The consultation was really good. The doctor was good and she is our family doctor, we went for a vaccination for my daughter. there was no waiting time as I had taken an appointment. She explained well *** *** ****** *** ************* *** I would recommend the doctor to my friends or family.

The first time we visited: the setup looked ok but basic things were out of place.

- there was power outage. How can a clinic not have power backup

- we wanted to pay by card, but apparently they only had 1 machine to swipe credit cards which someone had taken outside premises to deliver pharmacy, hence I was forced to withdraw cash from ATM and pay.. there are no ATMs closeby anyways

the second time, we experienced things that have made it our last visit to the clinic:

- Pathology: went for giving routine blood sample for our 2 year old. The sisters took 15 mins preparing. Inserted the needle for more than 5 mins with barely any blood being collected. the sister collecting the blood said that the second sister holding the baby held the hand at a wrong position preventing blood flow. People dont seem to be qualified to handle their tasks

My son now has an inflamation on his hand thanks to healthspring with blood collected which they say is insufficient for any tests

- Security: A group of 10-12 eunuchs entered the clinic and created havoc at the reception. People didnt have a clue on how to handle such a situation. No security, no seniors - hopeless setup

Very confident, pleasing and clearly explains the problem.

Promptly calls us during specialist visit like diabetes.

I renew my membership with HeathSpring only because of Dr. Geetanjali. She is extremely friendly and her diagnosis for our ailment work bang on. He has helped me and my Family recover from major ailments.
