After lengthy treatment for swelling, IBS, and other issues, my physician advised me to consult a gastro to address nutrient absorption problems, break IBS cycle, swelling etc. I searched Practo and found Dr. Rajesh Kumar Pradhan was highly rated with glorified comments so, we visited him.

I showed him the list of symptoms I had written with little history. I tried explaining my issues but he kept cutting me off to prescribe a Hydrogen breath test claiming it was necessary to identify potential gut issues caused by bad bacteria. The test was unique and only available at the clinic, so we booked it. We were the first to arrive and as time was passing, more and more people were pouring in to get the same test done. They, like us, were first-timers just prescribed the test without any prior diagnosis. 3 with me and more in the other room.

The assistant explained the test was for SIBO - Doc studied for it in Germany, so far 70% people tested +ve for SIBO, very few doctors know about this. Doctor had left by the time result arrived which was +ve so I was told we will WhatsApp you prescription since it was over 2 hr drive. Unfortunately, it contained medications I was already taking, without additional supplements like iron or calcium. I tried to explain it to the doc ************ ****** **** that these meds have not helped, I am deteriorating, I was getting depressed in life due to weakness etc. He asked me to visit.

We travelled for 2 hr to reach him and he basically justified us his prescription. He did not prescribe supplement because I don't need Iron or calcium, there is nothing else wrong with me other than SIBO and if these medications don’t help me then we will follow an invasive method to clean gut, no other solution. We had to push him to read my blood report and upon reading he took a pause and said maybe you can take calcium. But since my haemoglobin is normal, low iron count did not matter, my KFT was normal so he explained that english to hindi, when I told I had already taken this prescription, my condition is worsening - he literally told me I am mental and one SOS medicine is going to help me with anxiety. Upon reminding him once again for my other symptom, i.e., swelling, he suggested I visit general physician to give me a diagnosis, it is not gastro related.

In hindsight, the hydrogen test was unnecessary, if this was the medication required to treat it. It was for monetary benefit and database. I felt unheard and frustrated. These doctors know they possess the technical knowledge so they exploit us however they want. It was one thing to abuse my time and money but if he was only going to justify his prescription, he could have done it on call or text, no need to make us travel all the way when my MIL was hospitalized. Over and above that, he used my complain of emotional strength to justify my symptoms and his prescription making me more emotionally frustrated.

i sufferd from severe constipation for long period.i visited about 20 dr for it .but none one give me relief to this problem . although they prescribed a lot of test but none reached the problem.then I hopless and broken for this problem.not show any option then I visited pradhan sir by refer kumar Abhishek (md ,dm , gastroenrology,vns). pradhan sir asked my all problem clealy and listen my problem,sir catch my problem just a min by only symptoms.then he prescribed a necessary test to confirm .it's 100% true that tell sir me .he made me understood and to give patient don't worry will be ok .he prescribed only one medicine other to biofeedback .I followed him . obviously now I am so happy and feel good.by conclusion pradhan sir is great , satisfactioner,good listener,not hurry and humble person .all over pradhan sir is second form of god 🙏🙏 and highly recommended . thanks alot sir save my life .other saff is so good to specialy om sir to realized my all problem and what should he can with me .and radiologist dr Rajeev sir is also great , humble,good listener,understood my problem as pradhan sir .he tested me to prescribed pradhan sir .Rajeev sir is good motivater and he motivated me to fight the problem tension free ❤️❤️and career .I am highly obliged to give precious time me .I prayed to God 🙏🙏 they always be happy with family . thanku thanku thanku so much and love u sir ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏.

The doctor himself was friendly. He checked and suggested Hydrogen Breath Test. Once I left the clinic, the support was completely gone. Staff would not pick the phone and repeated calls where required to contact them. Even if the pick phone, they were just not supportive and asked to by what is written on the paper. I tried to reach the staff for some help an evening before test but no one picked phone.

HBT needs avoiding any kind of medication for a week, very limited food for 24 hours and no food not even water for 2 hours prior to test. My appointment was scheduled, when I reached clinic for HBT, staff informed that machine is broken and test will need to be rescheduled (including all preparations). They did not have courtesy to inform the patient, or to even return the calls.

He is super sweet, listens to you patiently, takes note of every concern and then goes ahead with the treatment while explaining all the intrinsic details. No overloaded medical prescriptions, he only prescribes minimally required medicenes.Personally I have been mesmerized by his accuracy of diagnosis. I have been visiting him since 2017. The very first condition for which I went was abdominal pain below the ribs for which everyone prescribed acidity medicenes. Rajesh sir precisely diagnosed it as Vit D & B12 deficiency, which was later confirmed from the tests. Since then I have visited him many a times for SIBO, heart burn, GERD , IBS etc. I got my endoscopy done seamlessly, and also got the GERD cured to a great extent.
