I am sorry to say but this was not at all a good experience.
- video consultation means both the doctor and the patient should have the video on. However, the doctor herself didn’t come on the video
- had to request for the call at least 2 times and the reach out to Practo support so doctor see this and come for consultation/discussion
- after discussion, i was promised a prescription and diet plan but waited for 2-2.5 hours and nothing happened then again i had to reach out to Practo support but they also didn’t get any response
Sorry to say but this was not a good experience at all.
