It normally takes me a while to trust people and open up but even in my first session with Sakshi I found myself discussing things with a comfort level of long time, trusted friends. Dr. Sakshi follows a very effective approach of 'focusing on and discussing about the solution rather than the problem'. Her method of identifying and countering stress is practical as well as productive. She introduced me to the term 'Positive Psychology'.

My career planning was not leading to any worthwhile result and I was thinking too much and not acting at all. Dr. Sakshi was referred to me by a close friend. Her counselling helped me regain focus on my strengths and rebuild my life one step at a time.
