We recently had the privilege of receiving treatment at Krishna Netralya , and I must say, consultancy from Dr Aditi was a truly exceptional experience.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and empathy by the staff. They not only demonstrated a high level of skill and expertise but also took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-informed throughout.

I visited here for guidance on Lasik procedure and right from the frontdesk to optometrist and the doctor; everything was so systematic and clear. The team carried out one test after another very efficiently informing about each test and the necessity of it. All the process was very smoothly carried out.Upon meeting Doctor Apoorva, each and every doubt of mine regarding the refractive surgery got cleared. The best part is they won't force you for any unnecessary tests or investigations.Ambience is great, you will have a very warm and welcoming feeling, it doesn't give the old hospital type vibes. All the basic facilities like clean washrooms, drinking water are there. Never knew a hospital experience can be like that.Good job guys.

The visit was to get a second opinion on my Glucoma evaluation & treatment .I had already visited Dr Rajinder Prasad Opthalmic Centre ( AIIMS) and they had diagnosed that there was Glucoma in both eyes and recommended medication. Dr Aditi Agarwal ( Krishna Netralya) was very friendly & courteous she recommend some major test to pin point the extend of effect to both the eyes to give correct advice & medication.

All the recommended test were conducted by her professionally assistants and all were very courteous & polite in their instructions & behaviour ,God bless them all.The end result was conveyed to me & my wife in simple language .I compliment & wish them all sucess in their work.

I feel fully satisfied with my choice of Dr. Aditi for Cataract surgery on both the eyes. Her ********* *** skill is obvious but what makes being her patient extra special is her personal involvement with each case, very pleasant disposition, answering all the queries with a smile. She is never in a hurry to send you out and call for the next patient. She double checks all the findings to make sure you get the right and best treatment.

Her hospital is spacious, clean and well furnished. The entire staff is courteous, responsive and cooperative to ensure your experience is a pleasant one every time you visit.
