Ms Swadha is an excellent nutritionist. My husband is following her advice and he has lost 9 kg in the lay one and half months. His blood sugar is well under control. She is very thorough and explained each and every aspect of her diet plan. Also her advice is down to earth and no fancy diet. A very scientific plan was given. We are indeed grateful to her.
