The doctor is amazing! She explained everything in detail and the steps necessary to proceed with the surgery. The only and biggest flaw I would point out is the reception staff that failed to inform us that the doctor was in surgery and would be delayed due to it. We had to wait 2+ hours and only when we asked the reception angrily she told us that doctor is busy. There is no communication between the reception staff and they’re absolutely clueless and don’t value the patient’s time and convenience.

Dr Parul Soni is well qualified and has good working experience in reputed hospitals. Her clinic cum hospital is hygienically maintained and the staff is also cooperative.She is very polite, listens to the problem patiently and explains the remedy nicely. I visited her clinic for Cataract surgery . I am highly impressed by the surgery. I was highly Myopic since childhood and was using spects of -12/-13 number. My cataract surgery of both my eyes, three weeks apart went as per the prescribed schedule No anxieties. I recovered and was able to carryout my normal chores after three days and was off all the physical proscriptions after 10 days, with better vision.
