I recently consulted this dermatologist for a skin condition and was quite disappointed with the experience. The doctor seemed rushed, did not take the time to properly listen to my concerns, and interrupted me multiple times during the consultation. She understood the root cause and accordingly suggested PRP. In the 1st and 2nd week, the result was not that much noticable but in the 3rd and 4th week, I found significant results. My hair fall was stopped Significantly. I got my confidence back. Dr. Pragya is very kind and polite to her patients and she supports as well. I had so many queries and questions and she entertained all the time even on the call. I really got a great result after getting the treatment done by Dr. Pragya. She is highly recommended for any skin or Hair related issues.

I visited for dry lips and a dry patch on lips. Doctor prescribed some cream which was not meant to be used for lips. I applied it 2-4 days and the condition got so worse. My lips got swollen and so red and bleeding. I was unable to open my mouth or eat anything. It was not even the problem when I visited her. Instead of listening she said that she shouldn't have given me her number because I troubled her. I called once each day only because it was getting unbearable. She then prescribed steroids medicine to take. The issue got so huge for no reason. Visiting her was the wrong decision totally. * ****** ** ** ***** I'm still not recovered and suffering so much just because of her ***** treatment. I never recommend anyone to visit her neither I will visit ever.

I had a great experience with Pragya Ma'am, as she has suggested me the treatment with appropriate prices. Also we have limited time for the treatment but I'm satisfied with the results. She is friendly in nature so it was a nice experience overall.
