I have been suffering from cystic acne for quite a few years and have made numerous trips to dermats who wouldn't even tell me what was happening and why. Frustrated, I have up. I was recommended Dr Garekar by a friend and I was so glad to come across a doctor who gave me answers and even before I could ask the questions. He has always been super helpful and kind; I was on the brink of tears when I went to him again regarding post-Covid hair loss, and he assured me that there were a no. of treatments for the same.
I have been going to him since 2020 and the visits have reduces, which is a good sign, thanks to his skin care recommendations!

Dr. Garekar understands the issues and my skin sensitivity unlike most of the Doctors who recommend treatment as “one fit for all”
My pigmentation did not reduce but he helped me with skin routine and products that agreed with me for a change. Help needed please: I need your help with the moisturiser recommendation at the moment. You had recommended me EpethelialH by A- derma and I have been using it so far but it has been discontinued now. Please suggest what can I use because I am out of options. If you remember my case, products don’t suit me easily and my skin is extremely sensitive. Thanks in advance!

I had visited Dr. Siddharth for two things: my acne and hair removal treatment through laser--beard shaping to be precise.
Based on my experience, I'd totally and fully recommend Dr. Siddharth for many reasons:
One: He patiently listened to my concerns in the beginning. He was all ears to my concerns and my stereotypical understanding of the issues.
Two: He explained me the entire process involved, including the matters related to safety and results. I was pretty content in this matter, since he was upfront and straightforward with the extent of results that I should expect. This is unlike doctors who end up promising more, but deliver less.
Three: Unlike many dermatologists I had seen in the past who did not thoroughly explained to me the treatment for acne, Dr. Siddharth was extremely clear to me as to until when could I end up using the acne treatment in a possible outlier scenario, since I had been facing acne issues persistently for a long period of time. In this context, I was very pleased with the clarity of thought and his explanation about my case possibly being an outlier.
In all, I'm very happy with my consultation with Dr Siddharth, and I would recommend him whole heartedly to patients who may have similar or the same issues as mine.

Dr. Gadekar understood my problem in a few minutes time and explained the entire issue in detail. Unlike other doctors he never asked me to go for any kind of expensive tests.. instead he gave me the backup medication options as well in case the primary medication doesn’t work.. In all a very pleasant experience and will certainly recommend him to my family and friends.
