I visited Dr Kavita for my ankle ligament injury. It was already almost 2.5 months since the injury and I had issues with stairs, walking for long and ofcourse workout and dance was out of question. She examines the problem very patiently and has a deep knowledge and understanding of her work. She did not commit me some magic that I will be fine in few weeks or something but her knowledge made me believe in her treatment. It’s 2 months now and I feel my issue is resolved to a great extent. I am going to resume dancing soon. Everybody in her clinic is so friendly that it gives such a positive vibe to visit her. Would surely recommend her :)

I faced excruciating pain for more than a year, I was taking strong opium painkillers for months before starting the sessions with Dr. Kavita, in the first sessions the pain remained, it was also more critical because the Dr. recommended stopping the painkiller, with Over time, following the exercises, as well as having the therapy at regular periods, the pain started to reduce to a lower level than I imagined it would happen, I am very grateful to Dr. Kavita and Dr. Priya. I was so depressed, with no hope of being okay, and Dr. Kavita also encouraged me to get back into exercise. God bless you immensely.

I visited Dr. Kavita for my knee pain. I have been facing knee pain issue since almost 8 years and also got myself checked in the USA. But only Dr. Kavita could get to the cause of the pain which was actually a lower back issue. She explains the issue in detail and is really patient with all the queries. She attends every patient personally and doesn’t call for unnecessary sessions. She teaches exercises and ask them to do at home and doesn’t believe in calling patient to clinic if not needed. I am so impressed with the treatment that now I am also sending my father in law to her for his legs pain issue. And even he is feeling a noticeable improvement after few sessions itself. I visited Agility for my chronic back pain issues. Dr Kavita Goel shows passion to her job. She will always explain what she will be doing and why. What to expect. She takes time to explain each exercise, why I should do it, how it will affect the muscle, what exactly should I feel while exercising. How to train my brain to get the best from my time exercising.

Dr Kavita have been treating me for last two years for various sports injury i pick up as an athelete. She has always tried to understand and diagnose the root cause of the injury and try to provide a treatment specific to it.

She does not recommend therapy unnecessarily and at times even asked me to get solutions at home rather than visit her.

I would definitely recommend her for any kind of sports injury and found her treatment methodology suitable for holistic recovery.

I went for a pain in my left heel and she diagnosed it as plantar fascitis. Had 10 physio sessions and I am absolutely pain free now. She could gauge that it's due to tightened calf and stretched left back and treated the route cause alongwith visible symptoms. She is simply the best. Very good listener, thorough professional in treatment, really kind and helpful. Her advices are long term. Highest recommendation for her.
