I have done my internship (professional guidance and counseling) under guidance of Shruti Pandey mam it was great experience . Under her guidance I have learned basic knowledge of counselling. As she has taught us how to be good listener , how to build a reppo buliding and also taught about many therapies which are going to be helpful as a professional counselor. Had a beautiful session on the topic how to facilitate workshop, training and life skills sessions. Two days session was so informative and interactive. She touched all the points which we needed to become a good facilitator and also how we can overcome our triggers points in between the sessions.

Ms Shruti is grounded and listens quietly to the queries and gives answers according to one's needs. She never generalises anything. The best part is she makes one feel so comfortable with her calm vibes and one just wants to be around her yet she gives the tools to make one feel confident and independent
