I tweaked my back during one of the daily tasks and was in severe pain. I visited Ace Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Clinic which is close to place I live by. During consultation Dr. Shashi B. Joshi explained me the course of treatment and advised a few exercises that I could do on my own, after 3-4 days there was visible improvement and I was able to carry out my daily activities, I continued with the treatment and in 2 weeks the pain was totally gone. I was suffering from shoulder-pain for a long time, I tried some ointments and pain-killers but there was no relief. And, because of this my arm-movement was very limited and was having lots of trouble with my day-to-day tasks and office work. I visited Dr Shashi after reference from a friend for my low back pain. It was getting difficult for me to be seated on chair for long time at office. I visited his clinic for week , he also taught me some exercises and ergonomic care, now I am comfortable at work.
