I consulted Dr. Kanu Verma for Hair loss. The medicines suggested by her not available outside, every chemist suggest to take medicines from the shop near her clinic. I requested her to to give me alternative medicines with same solution but she refused. As far as her staff is concerned they said to take medicines from their chemist shop and he also said these medicines will not be available outside so you must purchase medicines from them only.

The cost structure the medicine is given below:

Vighan hair Serum: Cost at her chemist shop approx. 806 rupees

I purchased the same serum at 670 to 710 from outside

Like that she suggested another shampoo "Ora Q Hair Thickening shampoo" was not available outside by this name, the shampoo which is available is "Ora Hair Thickening shampoo" no idea if this is same or different. Upon asking from her she behaved in a rude manner.

The hospital is neat and clean and located in Dwarka. Doctor has good experience and she has set right expectation with regards to my treatment.

I came for hair treatment, As it was my first clinic visit so I was quite trembled but when I met Dr. Kanu, It made me so relaxed, She explained the root cause of my hair problem and advised me to take basic medication with an adequate procedure. It's been only a month and I can observe the positive results. Hair fall has been reduced, dry skin problem has been cured. At last, I would like to thank her for taking care of me and being so skilled at what she do. Every day of my life will be better because of her.

Doctor asked for a consultation fee again to review the test reports that he prescribed in the first visit and I visited him back just 2 days after that. **** ******* ****** ******** **** * ****** **** *** ************ *** ***** ** ****** *** **** ******* *** *** ***** ***** **** ********** ** ***** *** * ************** *** I would recommend that people should avoid visiting him as you will be prescribed a series of tests in the first visit and then you have to pay the consultation fee again for the review of those test reports

I need to share something

I have paid online for my both of my appointments but for my last appointment which was on 22.4.2022 I by mistake booked video consultation instead of clinic consultation and I was completely unaware about that. When I reached clinic doctor told me that you are booked for video consultation I checked and she was right. So, I asked her what is the solution Mam, She said I will cancel this appointment from my end and I am writing that patient asked to cancel and you will get your money back from Practo and you need to pay here at my clinic. I said fine. She said that she cancelled it by mentioning that patient asked to cancel and as discussed I paid 700 at her clinic. But I never got my money back from Practo aslo the app is adoring for my feedback for video consultation.

Highly disappointed.

Please look into the matter and give my money back as son as possible.

Have't come across more unfriendly Doc than Dr. Raju. Had consultations (to review our Blood Reports for self and wife (both Sr. Citizens) with him on 05 and 06 Jun 23 at Ayushman Hospital Sectr 10, Dwarka.

He didn't spend more than 3 minutes to review two reports running into 16 pages each. For my wife's Urine RE Report (which clearly had indications of UTI), he stated that this sample appears to have been contaminated and advised re-test.

Approached him with Urine report the very nest day which had identical results. i.i. indicating signs of UTI. The Doc. did not spend more than 30 secs to review the reports and stated that we should approach him when there are possible indications of UTI without even stating what are those indications and what to do do to avoid such infections. These basically forms part of doctor's duties to advise the patients what to do and what to avoid in case of any medical situations.

Visites this doctor for fever ** **** ** **** *********** **** * *** ***** ******* **** *** ** *** ****** *** when I visited him for loose motion issue he again charged me Rs.1000 and I told him that seems like I have food poisoning and he suggested some tests and on the basis of those did get to know swelling in intestine and little infection in pancreas. Initially he said the meds prescribed earlier will be fine *** ** **** ** **** **** ******** *** ***** *** ***** ******** he tole me finish these and let me know your condition after 2 more days for which he was going to charge again i****** ** ****** **** ******* *** ********* ** *** **** *** *** **** ***** *** ***** ***** ** **** *** when I was leaving he asked me do you have medical insurance for which I said YES he immediately said so get admitted to hospital it will be good there are chances that the meds will not work. After which I visited another doc *** ** ********** **** ** ***** *** *** *** * *** ********* **** ***** * ********* *** ****** **** ***** **** *** ** ****** ** ** ***** ******* *** *** * *******

It was my first visit to this place and I went for a very common issue which was reoccurring of my pimples on my cheeks. The recommendation for Mrs Kanu Verma was very impressive but my visit was nothing like it, The doctor has a friendly attitude but also intimidating. She quoted the problem was very common and I shouldn't worry about it but still prescribed me different kinds of tablets, facewash and ointments, the number of tablets didn't make sense since she said the problem is too acute to be worried about.

The medicines were to be purchased from the inhouse pharmacy and cost a lot of money, ****** ** ****** ** ********** * *********** *** *********** ** ********* ********* *** **** ** **** ***** **** ********* ******** At first, I thought it's because of my dry skin but then it became unbearable ** * ********* *** ******* ***** * **** ** **** **** ******* **** ********** So I called the doctor for redressal but she didn't help instead was rude over the phone stating it's too late for side effects to occur.

Doctor kanu Verma mam is very experienced doctor . Polite in nature . I visited her clinic for my skin disease . Her treatment helped me to cure my skin problem as I am taking her prescribed medicine. Hope in future after completing my dosage of medicine skin disease will not occur.

After seeing on practo, I had visited the clinic at Dwarka... I was very disappointed to see the attitude of Doctor...
