Yellowish discharge from vagina
I had sexual intercourse two days ago and yesterday. Following that, I have been experiencing a continuous, scanty yellowish discharge from my vagina with a foul odor. This has persisted despite proper washing and hygiene. I do not have any itching or pain, only the discharge and the odor.

Your yellowish, foul-smelling discharge after intercourse can point to an infection like bacterial vaginosis or an STI. This can happen even without itching or pain.
