White fluid discharge from vagina

Asked for Female, 18 Years

There is a white milky discharge from vagina, which is in very small amounts and I am getting stomach ache. Is this a sign of pregnancy?

Do a urine pregnancy test if you have missed periods. It could be an infection as well. I'd suggest to visit gynaecologist who will check everything
