There can be various reasons for yellowish teeth. See that you brush your teeth with the proper brushing technique without being too harsh. Routine cleaning of teeth at the dentists office would be very helpful. It should be done at least once every 6 months. See that you avoid too much of coloured food items. Also reduce the intake of caffeine. Use glodent toothpaste for brushing.
Next Steps
visit a dentist once lockdown gets over.

Hi there, as per the condition you have explained I think you should look at the condition of you tooth brush and if the bristles (hairy part of the brush) are damaged then you need to change the brush. 2. Apart, you need to look into the brushing technique that you are doing while you brush your theeth, as in the proper way would be horizontal(forward and backward), circular(round) and vertical(up and down) motion in a repeated manner for atleast 3 mins and twice daily, without using much pressure. 3. Need of rinsing oral cavity after every food intake is also recommended, if possible with warm salt water everytime. 4. Looking forward to the reasons for the same may include improper brushing habits and other compromised habits such as use of smoked or chewable tobacco, alcohol consumption, excessive tea or coffee intake. 5. You need to visit a dentist for further guidance after the end of lockdown. I hope these may clear many of the doubts. Have a safe stay at home.
