HI Regarding your complaint,it seems you may have plaque and calculus deposits on your teeth...Even though you brush regularly not all the deposits will go off by regular brushing...only 90% will go by normal brushing and the remaining 10% will stay and it will remove only through scaling by dentists

Next Steps
Get Oral Prophylaxis/ Scaling done. Rinse with Chlorhexidine 0.12% mouthwash 1b.d. i.e, twice daily for 7 days
