Please get your teeth checked for plaque or tartar removal. After that Polishing if u feel that u need to whiten your teeth then you can do light cured composite laminates or porcelain veneers. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre. God bless u.

The yellowishness of the teeth can be due to intrinsic or extrinsic stains..... in either case they are not removable by brushing alone and will need professional intervention...... if the stains are extrinsic, a session of teeth cleaning will be sufficient to remove them to restore gum health and a beautiful smile.... if the stains are intrinsic, procedures like bleaching, laminates/veneers will be able to help you to restore a better smile......

Hello..yellow teeth may be due to internal or external stains. If it is internal stains which are mostly from birth, crowns are advised. If it is due to external stains due to deposits ,scaling of teeth should be done by dentist.kindly visit dentist for further evaluation.
Ur problem may be due to plaque 'n calculus deposits, consult your dentist n get proper scaling done, use some good fluoridated toothpaste viz. Thermoseal / Thermoseal-RA, mind that learn proper brushing technique from ur dentist, n do brush atleast twice a day...., u would be getting result within a week to 10-15 days or so provided u stick to above advice , don't use Two alternative toothpaste, like if u use thermoseal, use only thermoseal not any alternative toothpaste alongwith....
