Wrist pain in left hand
Hi I have never had any wrist pain in the past.. After  I tried to move a bike, the next day I started getting some pain on the left wrist.. have applied various balms. But it's not healing..it does not pain during normal chores such as while typing or lifting light weights..but when I exert some pressure on left wrist e.g. doing push ups, lifting slightly heavyweight.. pain surfaces again. Pls suggest remedy
