Wrist pain
Hi, Because of heavy weight lifting in jym, I have pain in my wrist. It started in year 2014. I left jym due to other reasons and that pain stops. Recently I lifted a house hold weight because of that pain starts again in wrist. Normally it's not paining but in every wrist movement it pains not much but yes it's pains. Is it very risky. Is it a fracture or just problem in veins Do I need to take medicine or need to consult. Kindly suggest?

U might be having some ligament or muscle injury in wrist joint. U need to support ur wrist. Use ice pack on it. Also visit to the Physiotherapist
