My grandfather has problem,he has wrist pain and ganglion cyst like 2 ball type ..his health is very week should they have does operation..or please suggest some medicine for spoil this

Observe and leave it alone if it is not very painful. If fit and willing then surgery under local anaesthesia can be done. It's a big cyst and aspiration can be attempted to reduce the size.

Operative intervention is the treatment of choice in this case.
Else can be aspirated using wide bore needle and syringe.

This is not a general presentation of ganglion, rule out Abscess, Tuberculosis and other pathologies...
If this is a ganglion, try percutaneous decompression with intralesional depoprednisolone injection.
