Diagnosis depends mostly on your Clinical symptoms and presentation.. You should explain clearly about pain , the character, factors that aggravate and reduce the pain for doctors to diagnose about your condition.. As you mentioned the x ray shows abnormal joint.. Kindly get a Ortho doctor opinion again.
