After 6 weeks of cast finally it has been removed but I have swelling and painful to move my hand properly Attached X ray for reference new one

U need wrist support, medicines, avoid activities that put pressure on wrist. Wrist mobilisation to be started in shortly. Don't keep hand dependant, keep it elevated

Initially after removal of cast, some amount of stiffness and pain will present. With proper physiotherapy, pain should subside gradually and stiffness to improves over period of time. Also, need to know if any Vitamin C treatment was started after fracture.

Keep your arm elevated and start the physiotherapy excercise. The swelling will settle down.

Swelling will be there .don't worry.keep hand elevated against gravity. Xray shows union Start physiotherapy - wrist range of movements
