Please find the attached xray before and after cast and advise I can remove cast As I met an accident 45 days ago advise by doctor to keep cast one month.

Removal of cast depends on many factors...if you don't have any problem then you can can consult ortho doc for removal and strict wrist mobilization exercises is required to prevent stiffness

Usually 6-8 wk. plaster cast is sufficient, but individual response varies.

45 days of PLaster immobilisation is usually sufficient , seeing your new X-rays the fracture has consolidated . I would advice crepe bandage application and gradual physiotherapy. Like one of the colleagues has pointed out that there is positive ulnar variance which means ulna bone height is more than radius bone in the wrist joint, which isn’t good. So you might experience some pain in the future during some activities. If you are a sedantary person with minimal to moderate wrist activities , hopefully you lol be fine.

The xray done after plaster shows positive ulnar variance...it's not reduced properly..
