Wrist cast off on 21 sep now stiffness in wrist not able to move fully half movement in wrist, so is wax therapy will work or mnual therapy?

This is post fracture stiffness which requires some initial Physiotherapy sessions in which both paraffin wax therapy and gentle stretching n strengthening exercises require.for that contact near by Physiotherapist.
